Minnesota is often referred to as the state with 10,000 lakes but they seem to have almost as many holes of golf which is notable for a state that often gets snow more than eight months per year. However, golfers will really enjoy the courses during the beautiful summers that Minnesota has to offer. Fall can also be a great time to play golf in Minnesota as the colors change on the trees that often line the fairways but just remember to bring a jacket or sweater.
